This Privacy Policy describes how GameBirds ("I", "Me", "My") collects, uses and discloses Your information when You use any of my games and applications ("Services") and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

I operate in Zhe Jiang, China. When you access or use my Services, your personal information may be processed in Zhe Jiang, the People's Republic of China, or any other country in which my service providers maintain facilities. California's "Shine the Light" law, Civil Code section 1798.83, requires certain businesses to respond to requests from California residents asking about the businesses' practices related to disclosing personal information to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes.

Additional Notice to Individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

This section only applies to individuals located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland (collectively, the "Designated Countries") at the time of data collection.

I may rely on your IP address to identify which country you are located in. When I rely on your IP address, I cannot apply the terms of this section to any individual that masks or otherwise hides their location information from me so as not to appear located in the Designated Countries. If any terms in this section conflict with other terms contained in this Policy, the terms in this section shall apply to individuals in the Designated Countries.

I am a data controller with respect to any personal information collected from individuals accessing or using my Services. I use third parties to help me operate and improve my Services. These third parties assist me with various tasks, including hosting and maintenance, analytics, marketing, advertising.

1. Advertising networks and their partners

The below companies assist me by providing services relating to advertising and marketing. If you reside in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the advertising networks and analytics providers listed below may collect or receive device information from my apps on your device for advertising purposes, such as advertising identifiers, IP address, or other information regarding the delivery of advertisements and your interaction with them.

I use your information to perform my own analytics and to enable analytics provided by third parties.

Children's Privacy

My Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Me with Personal Data, please contact Me. If I become aware that I have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, I will take steps to remove that information from my servers.
